For the first time in four seasons Stevenage Borough begin their Blue Square Premier campaign with a home tie. After trips to Wrexham, Crawley and Altrincham in the past three seasons, Borough this year can leave the coach in the garage as they entertain newly promoted Tamworth.
The season then continues in midweek with a trip to another newly promoted side, Hayes & Yeading United before Borough embark on their longest road trip of the year to Barrow on the Saturday.
For the festive season Borough will face Cambridge United in a double-header, away at The Abbey Stadium on Boxing Day, with last year's beaten play-off finalists visiting The Lamex Stadium on New Year’s Day.
Borough’s season culminates with another home tie, this time against York City.
